Unemployment fraud reported in Todd County

The Todd County Sheriff's Office reports that it has received multiple complaints from residents related to unemployment fraud.
The sheriff's office issued an alert about the scams on Thursday, Jan. 27.
"If you or a family member has been a subject of fraud, report the fraud to identitytheft.gov, ic3gov and oig.ssa.gove," the alert said.
Victims of the scams are encouraged to contact their local law enforcement agency and file a report.
