Public assist, intoxicated male fell in middle of street, caller needs help getting him up, wife called for ride, assisted in getting him into vehicle, Main Street E.

Lift assist, Oak Street W.

Meeting with association, North Nelson Street, Nelson.

Public assist, vehicle broke down, may be leaving it for the night, 1st Avenue E.

Public assist, caller wanted to report that the Osakis Police Department logo is in violation of federal statute, complaint passed along to chief, Le Homme Dieu Heights, Alexandria.

November 13

Medical, transported, Main Street W.

Medical, transported, Pike Street E.

Burning complaint, smoke but no visible flames, wood stove, 1st Avenue E.

November 14

Patrol school area, 1st Avenue E.

Property damage crash, 4th Avenue E.

November 15

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Caller found a kitten, placed in kennel at police department.

November 16

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Threats, student wrote a threat that he was going to kill everyone at the Osakis school, adult arrest, 1st Avenue E.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

POR change of information, updated info sent to DPS, Nokomis Street E.

Permit to acquire handgun, processed and card issued, Nokomis Street E.

Drug related activity, caller found paraphernalia in one of his bedrooms when he let people stay there a few days, stated he believed that a stand had coke/meth residue on it, told to put it outside and police would pick it up, Oak Street W.

Lift assist, 8th Avenue E.
