Three citations for winter parking violation.

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Suspicious person, caller stated that a male came into the laundromat wearing a Chewbacca mask, does not want person scaring customers, no contact with suspect, Nokomis Street W.

Property damage crash, vehicle backed into another vehicle, no injuries, insurance exchanged, Nokomis Street E.

March 17

Citation for winter parking violation, 1st Avenue E.

Citation for winter parking violation prior night, vehicle hasn't moved, towed to impound, Oak Street W.

Check welfare of person, no contact, Pike Street W.

School patrol, 1st Avenue E.

Citation for parking in front of mailbox, person has not been receiving mail, 1st Avenue E.

Property damage crash, vehicle rolled, no injuries, 1st Avenue E.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Caller has order for protection with his wife, requesting assist in passing emergency message to her, left message with person to contact police department, Main Street W.

Assist other agency, single-vehicle rollover, unknown injuries, I-94.

Vehicle unlock, Nokomis Street W.

March 18

Gathering for 2nd Amendment, Nokomis Street W.

Citation for DAC, warning for tint, driver stated he has valid driver on the way, State Highway 27.

Property damage crash, car vs deer, animal reported to be alive in middle of road, deer could not be located, all roadways in area clear, Nokomis Street E.

March 19

Noise complaint/disturbance, verbal argument, had one person leave and offered him a ride, he denied and walked home, person was followed to make sure he made it, person later arrested for disorderly due to shouting in the street, Nokomis Street E.

Public assist, ignore, Nokomis Street E.

March 20

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Medical, transported, Lake Street E.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for not coming to a complete stop at stop sign, 3rd Avenue W.

March 21

Citation for winter parking violation, 2nd Avenue E.

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Juvenile trouble, report sent to Social Services for review, 1st Avenue E.

March 22

Medical, transported, Lake Street E.

Driving complaint, truck reported sliding around corners, warning issued, Oak Street E.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for speed, County Road 3 SE.
