Suspicious activity, vehicle alarm on side of building, student went to retrieve vehicle but couldn't find it, 1st Avenue E.

Public assist, water issue, contacted street department and they fixed it, Nokomis Street E.

December 13

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Funeral escort, 3rd Avenue W.

Vehicle in ditch, pulled out, Nokomis Street E.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for headlight out, 2nd Avenue E.

Information, attempt to locate suicidal female with .22 pistol, threatening to kill herself, driving back to Montana.

December 14

Public assist, caller is concerned that their car parked on the street may get towed or ticketed, has question for officer, vehicle returned after sale fell through because of no title, advised it was OK to park on the street for a few days as long as there was no need to plow roads.

Fire alarm, smoke from cooking, no fire, Main Street W.

December 15

Medical, transported, Main Street W.

December 16

Medical, transported, 8th Avenue W.

Animal complaint, rabbit hanging around the building with two broken legs and bleeding, would like an officer to help the rabbit or take it somewhere for help, Nokomis Street W.

December 17

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for speed, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for seatbelt, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for speed, County Road 3.

Warning for tint, given two weeks to remove, Nokomis Street W.

Citation for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance, let him go inside to get license but then he refused to come out, citation left by front door, 7th Avenue W.

Public assist, caller stated he is being harassed by the officer on duty, wants to speak to the chief, 7th Avenue W.

Warning for speed, 1st Avenue E.

December 18

Vehicle unlock, Pike Street W.

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for headlight out and window tint, 3rd Avenue W.

Harassment, caller states her 16-year-old daughter is being harassed, would like to speak to an officer, Lavens Lakeview Drive.

Warning for no tail lights, Central Avenue.
