Check welfare of person, caller saw a homeless person near his residence, stated he was one his way to St. Cloud, stated he was going to put his hammock between some trees, talked to bartender who stated he was fine and not bothering anyone, person also stated he was fine, Nokomis Street E.

Suspicious person, caller talked to male walking toward interstate, said he was going to get beat up, officer spoke to person who said he didn't want a ride, 1st Avenue E.

Assist other agency, failure to appear motion hearing child support, assisted Douglas County Sheriff's Office with warrant arrest, 7th Avenue E, Alexandria.

February 11

Check welfare of person, person hung a hammock between two signs near interstate off-ramp, cover officer, advised not to hang hammack on signs, State Patrol and sheriff's office advised him, I-94.

Harassment, caller took possession of vehicle after person failed to make payments, person continues to call and harass her, caller did not answer return call, Central Avenue.
