Child custody matter, caller states person is not honoring their custody agreement, King Street W.

Suspicious activity, complaint that there is a semi truck parked on the side of the road with the driver slumped, just resting, County Road 3.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for speed, 2nd Avenue W.

Driving complaint, vehicle crossed over into officer's lane, driver arrested for DWI and transported to jail, vehicle towed to Osakis impound, 1st Avenue E.

Assault, female said she was assaulted, intoxicated, no signs of assault found, became unwilling to speak and refused PBT test, PO contacted and message left, 1st Avenue E.

February 4

Warning for parking in no parking zone, Main Street E.


School resource officer time, 1st Avenue E.

Public assist, fingerprints, Nokomis Street E.

Threats, staff heard student make threats of hurting others and himself in front of class, stated he was just frustrated and not serious, does have history of self harm, attempted to contact parents, 1st Avenue E.

Medical, no transport, 8th Avenue W.

Public assist, caller has been arguing with her boyfriend and has been locked out of the house, male has her phone, call transferred to Todd County, Main Street W.

Medical, transported, Pike Street W.

February 5

False alarm, no smell of smoke, alarm shut off, 2nd Avenue E.


Found animal, male golden lab with blue color, Todd County.

Parking complaint, blocking roadway, 1st Avenue E.

Medical, no transport, 6th Avenue N.

February 6

Business check, Nokomis Street E.

February 7

Medical, transported, 8th Avenue W.

Check welfare, caller talked to 71-year-old female on phone and stated she seemed strange and confused, caller taking person to clinic, Nokomis Street W.

Motorist assist, vehicle broke down, person will have it towed, 8th Avenue E.

February 8

Citation for no parking 2 to 5 a.m., Main Street E.

Suspicious activity, caller reported someone broke in during the night, caller working on getting camera footage, no signs of forced entry, nothing missing, was owner doing work, Central Avenue.

Parking complaint, fish house parked for more than 24 hours, spoke with owner, informed it needed to be off the street as soon as possible, 3rd Avenue W.

License plate impound, vehicle parked with expired plates not registered to vehicle, DMV stated plates are old and purged from system, driver will speak to parents and get it fixed before driving again, 1st Avenue E.

Warning for tailgating, 37/27.

Warning for tint, 27-37.

Warning for speed, State Highway 27 SE.

Theft, stolen plates, Nokomis Street W.

February 9

Motorist assist, caller is stuck in her driveway and thinks she can get out with a push, assisted with pulling vehicle out, Oak Street W.

Education/presentation, DARE, 1st Avenue E.

School resource officer time, Ist Avenue E.

Public assist, fallen male needs lift, not hurt, 1st Avenue E.

13 city nuisance violations.

Traffic stop, warning, 8th Avenue W.

Child custody matter, caller has questions regarding her children, 1st Avenue E.
