Warning for no plates, driver said he drove from Iowa without plates because the person he bought the vehicle from took the plates, Lake Street.

Public assist, person hasn't heard from his brother in more than 20 years, believes that caretaker is keeping them apart and taking advantage of him, caller thought he was contacting Alexandria, Alabama, given correct contact info, Main Street W.

Assist other agency, report of vehicle all over the road, caller followed to Nelson and then turned off, only driving conduct observed was cutting a turn short, County Road 82.
