December 9

Noise complaint/disturbance, neighbor's dog has been barking for last hour non-stop, warning issued for ordinance violation, Lake Street E.

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Aveune E.

Citation for speed and warning for school zone violation, 1st Avenue E.

Citation for tint and tint on windshield, 3rd Avenue W.

Warning for speed, County Road 3 SE.

Suspicious person, report of male stumbling down the middle of the road, unable to locate, Nokomis Street W.


Burglary alarm, owner and staff on scene, staff member lost key and couldn't remember code word, Main Street W.

December 10

Pump station alarm going off for past hour, silenced and maintenance notified, Lake Street E.

Public assist, person wanted to let officer and neighbor know they are getting rid of the dog, Lake Street E.

Answering questions in reference to animal complaint, Lake Street.

December 11

Warning for speed, State Highway 27.

Nine warning tags for parking.


Medical, transported, 6th Avenue N.

Caller had questions about a tag on his car, explained, Oak Street W.

Assist other agency, 911 hang-up in Todd County, all persons OK, Lake Street E.

Warning for speed, 1st Avenue E.

Medical, transported, Lake Street E.

December 12

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Public assist, person dropped off money at wrong bank, verified with the bank and video that it was that person who dropped off the cash, person was given money back, Central Avenue.

Patrol at end of school, 1st Avenue E.

Assist other agency, back up Todd County deputy on vehicle search on traffic stop, County Road 51.

Noise complaint/disturbance, report that neighbor has a generator going and it is extremely loud, caller knocked on their door but there is no answer, spoke with neighbor who said he would shut it off, it was a speaker, warning issued, Nokomis Street W.

December 13

Citation for winter parking violation, Main Street W.

Assist Osakis Fire Department with vehicle in median, I-94.

December 14

Patrol at start of school, 1st Avenue E.

Suspicious person, caller was on the trail and was approached by a male who made creepy remarks and then ran after her, unable to locate person, DATA trail.
