Permit to acquire handgun issued, Nokomis Street E.


Animal complaint, spoke with property owner about dogs leaving the property, warning, Central Avenue.

Check welfare, Meals on Wheels attempted to deliver and no one answered the phone, at doctor appointment, 4th Avenue E.

Nuisance violation, removed sign on pole on private property, 4th Avenue E.

Information, caller reported vehicles parked in no parking zone and also in crosswalk near school, patrolled area, unable to locate, 1st Avenue E.

Loud party complaint, caller wants to file complaint against neighbor, attempted to call caller back, no answer, Main Street.

Warning for expired registration, 4th Avenue E.

Traffic hazard, netting hanging off bridge, most of netting pulled up and secured, no real hazard, Nokomis Street E.

Stopped for tail light, citation for driving after revocation, 4th Avenue E.


April 9

Assist Todd County with suicidal male, canceled, Acorn Drive, Sauk Centre.

Suspicious activity, male attempted to open car doors along the street, nothing reported stolen or missing, unable to locate, Oak Street W.

Assist other agency with traffic stop and vehicle search, 2nd Avenue E, Alexandria.

Noise complaint, complaint of loud music every day, caller is upset that police didn't speak to person about it the prior day, spoke with neighbor and advised to turn music down, Main Street W.

Check welfare, medical, transported, Oak Street W.

Warning for seat belt violation, 2nd Avenue E.

Burning complaint, citation issued to property owner, Nestor Street E.



Warning for tail light, 1st Avenue E.

April 10

Warning for driving conduct, field sobriety test, negative, 51/150th.

Warning for driving conduct, field sobriety test, negative, 2nd Avenue E.

Warning for turn signal and license plate violation, Central Avenue.

Attempt to locate, attempted homicide suspect from Ottertail County, person fled after shooting in Pelican Rapids, armed and dangerous, Douglas County.

Check on motor home, advised to move along private property, 1st Avenue E.

April 12

Assist other agency, order for protection violation, located and arrested person, transported to jail, Main Street W.

Warning for parking in no parking zone, picking up kids, 1st Avenue E.
