Suspicious activity, male attempted to open car doors along the street, nothing reported stolen or missing, unable to locate, Oak Street W.

Noise complaint, complaint of loud music every day, caller is upset that police didn't speak to person about it the prior day, spoke with neighbor and advised to turn music down, Main Street W.
