Osakis FFA teams qualify for state competition

Two Osakis FFA teams will head to the state competition after receiving high scores at the March 15 regional competition at North Dakota State University.

The Dairy team finished in first place at the Region 3 event, with Ellie Bock, who took second place overall individually; Lynnea Maus, who took fourth place overall individually; Avery Graff, who took 9th place overall individually; and Jack Bock.

The Fish and Wildlife team placed fifth with Tyler Stier, who took third place overall individually; and Gabe Will, Brock Marthaler, and Blake Fischer.

These two teams will compete at the state level on April 24-26.

Also competing at the regional event was the Agriculture Mechanics team, which included Carsten Jacobson, Ean Crossely, and Tate Sampson.
