The Alexandria Technical College will offer a new course entitled "Caught In the Middle," on March 30 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the college.

It is designed for early child educators, providers who are working with families where orders for protection (OFP) and/or harassment restraining orders (HRO) have been issued and as caregivers are caught in the middle of situations.

How can providers best serve the needs of children and families in this situation? What is the liability? How can these situations be made more comfortable for all involved?

These questions and more will be answered by personnel from Someplace Safe, Plus Kids and the local law enforcement.

For information regarding registration, call the Alexandria Technical College at (320) 762-4510 or 1-888-234-1313.
