Horizon Public Health, encompassing Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens and Traverse counties, is seeking interested community members to serve on its governing board, the Horizon Community Health Board.
Applicants should have interest in and some knowledge of public health services, along with knowledge of their county. Applicants must be able to attend a monthly meeting scheduled during regular work days.
Applicants should submit their name and a brief summary indicating their background and why they are interested to their county board of commissioners no later than Monday, December 15.
