GRANT COUNTY — Because of the current weather and road conditions, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office is advising no travel at this time, Wednesday, March 1.
Travel will be "very difficult," said Grant County Sheriff Jon Combs.
Douglas County is under a winter weather advisory until noon today on Wednesday, March 1. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch are expected with winds gusting as high as 35 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

Snow combined with gusty winds where snow has recently fallen is resulting in reductions to visibility and slick spots on roadways. The snow will gradually end from west to east through early this afternoon, according to NWS.
Other counties under the advisory include Stevens and Pope counties.
