  1. 7 p.m. Note: The following item has been withdrawn. Public hearing – Ted Justice – Planned unit development amendment.

To consider the PUD amendment application of Ted Justice for Le Homme Dieu Shores. The applicant would like to change his PUD to add a 10 foot-by-50 foot sand-based play area with a safe and easy access to the lake for swimmers to enter and exit the lake. The play area would have a 12-inch sand base with pervious liner to prevent vegetation growth within the area. There will be a berm on the high side of the area with a swale behind it to direct runoff water around the area and prevent the sand from washing into the lake. This will include a 10 foot-by-100 foot shoreland vegetation buffer zone along the shore line to the west of the play area and continuing to the western property line. The property is on S. Le Homme Dieu Dr. NE.
