  1. 7 p.m. Public hearing, Jay Paulson doing business as Highpoint Homes – conditional use permit. The applicant is requesting permission for the re-plat and development of a single-family housing project consisting of 29 single-unit detached townhomes. The proposed development is an association type which provides amenities including lawn and snow care and garbage pickup. A public street (Snowbird Lane) and sidewalk are included. The property is located in “Burgen Sunrise Third Addition” on both sides of the to-be built portion of Snowbird Lane. The property is in an R-1 “Single Family Residential” zoning district.
  2. 7:10 p.m. Public hearing, DuWayne and Michelle Drum doing business as Northside Collision Center - conditional use permit. The applicant is requesting permission to expand a body shop facility to accommodate storage of more vehicles indoors with an updated break room and restroom facility. The property is at 1301 Northside Drive NE in a B-1 “General Business” zoning district.
  3. 7:20 p.m. Public hearing, GoodNeighbors on West 45th Land, LLC – subdivision application. The applicant is requesting to plat vacant property on the south side of CSAH 46W/34th Avenue W., just east of the CSAH 46/CSAH 45 intersection. The property is located in an I-1 “Light Industrial” zoning district. This the the site of the proposed SunOpta warehouse.
  4. 7:30 p.m. Public hearing, Sacred Journey Academy – conditional use permit. The applicant is requesting permission for a K-8 school facility sized for approximately 25 student enrollment, approximately 29,000 square feet. A future phase would make the facility expandable for a total footprint of approximately 60,400 square feet serving an approximate student enrollment of 325. Outdoor site improvements shall include parking up to 85 stalls, soccer field, future tennis courts, and a future softball field. Existing outlots are intended to be platted as a single lot. Outlot G is to be considered as an adjoining lot. The property is south of 18th Avenue, west of Rosewood Lane SE, and east of S. McKay Avenue and is located in an R-1 “Single Family Residential” zoning district.
