To the editor:
I wrote a letter before about this and I wonder if I can get it across to some people?
Wal-Mart has cart racks that say, "Please return carts here. We are not responsible for loose carts." Yet there are carts scattered all over.
County Market says "Thank you for returning cart here" on their cart racks and yet there are carts scattered all over.
Can't people read or don't they give a damn? It makes me wonder if an education is worth its bread and butter. It looks like a lot of people can't read. Maybe that's a big share of our problems on our highways, too.
