Suspicious activity, construction truck with all windows down and shoes thrown out into the road, construction crew dropped rubber shoe covers, Bluffs Road NW.

Suspicious activity, person was on the caller's property about 30 minutes ago, asked about boat storage, caller wanted incident documented, Sandhill Lane NE.

Public assist, caller wants to talk to an officer about getting his knife back and says that we are refusing to give it to him, Oak Street W, Osakis.

Attempted fraud, caller has questions about a possible scam that she has received claiming she has won money, Aaron Heights NW, Evansville.

Suspicious person, male waiting for people to open the outside door to get in and has been going in and out, person said he was helping his girlfriend move but was about to leave, Fillmore Street.

Suspicious activity, female caller said she can hear someone screaming for help, caller then hung up, no one screaming, no answer at door, Fillmore Street.

Suspicious vehicle, van parked in front for several days, Third Avenue E.

Property damage crash, minor crash, Broadway Street.

Attempted fraud, caller stated that he was advised to send someone $2,000 and get $500,000 in return, caller did not do it and wanted to report the incident, Irving Street.

Theft, purse and backpack stolen out of car in parking lot, State Highway 29 S.

Theft, caller would like to report a theft that occurred a few months ago, State Highway 29 S.

Driving complaint, Dodge minivan and Pontiac racing in the parking lot yelling at people with a megaphone, State Highway 29 S.

Driving complaint, white truck with two people inside driving around the parking lot with a megaphone screaming obscenities and being aggressive, loss prevention is going to make contact with group of kids in the parking lot, if problems persist they will be trespassed, State Highway 29 S.

Theft, theft in the store, caller found an order slip for a photolab order, order had not been paid for, State Highway 29 S.

Property damage crash, no injuries, Sixth Avenue E.

Suspicious activity, male pulled up to a house, looked into the garage with a flashlight and then took off, caller was very rude yelling that we need to do our jobs and did not want to give address of the house they looked into, 14th Avenue W.

Suspicious activity, caller states there are two vehicles that have been sitting in front of the gate talking for more than half an hour, male parties playing Pokemon Go, Irving Street.

Suspicious person, male party pacing by the dumpsters, person walking home and stopped to use picnic table at location, offered ride and transported to library, South Broadway Street.

Driving complaint, truck with American flag racing around parking lot going through the deep puddles, State Highway 29 S.

Suspicious activity, someone just paintballed the side of caller's house, no damage, no suspect description or direction of travel, Rosewood Lane SE.

Shoplifting, female was refusing to open her purse to give employees merchandise she stole, standing in the parking lot by the exit doors, husband is now on scene, person arrested for fifth degree possession, possess drug paraphernalia, shoplifting, 50th Avenue W.

Suspicious person, male has been there for 30 minutes, refusing to leave, loitering in parking lot being loud and disruptive while talking on the phone, male was gone when officers arrived, Third Avenue E.

Public assist, person's tire blew out and officer assisted in changing it, County Road 22 NW.

Suspicious activity, caller reporting a lot of vehicles coming and going, driving at high rate of speed, will provide extra patrol, 34th Avenue E.

Suspicious activity, employee got a call about a female urinating behind the store, State Highway 29 S.

Public assist, male needs help getting his wife up out of chair, good lift, Darling Avenue E.

Suspicious person, female party left location 15 minutes ago, believed to leave on foot, caller wants female trespassed from property, 50th Avenue W.
