Suspicious vehicle, red ATV with snowblade has been there for 5-6 days, vehicle was red tagged, Lake Osakis.

Criminal damage to property, caller saw marks on the front of his vehicle this morning, vehicle was damaged and a shovel was taken, Hope Road SE, Osakis.

Motorist assist, County Road 11 NW.

Public assist, Vonderheide Drive SW.

Assist other agency, male doesn't speak English, saying he is bleeding from his mouth and fingers, Oak Street.

Motorist assist, helped with directions, Third Avenue W.

Public assist, caller can't figure out how to set up a land line phone and has no one to help her, set her phone up, it's working now, Latoka Drive Court SW.

Motorist assist, snowmobiler stuck in ditch, helped pull him out, County Road 90 SW.

Motorist assist, vehicle blocking inside lane, helped move vehicle out of traffic lane onto shoulder, 30th Avenue W.

Wednesday, Jan. 5

Assist other agency, barn fire, County Road 23, Hoffman.

Public assist, 34th Avenue E.

10-50 with other property, male party in ditch in his vehicle and is not moving, arrested second degree DWI, County Road 73 NE, Nelson.

Attempted fraud, caller states that someone on Facebook Messenger is stating that he has a chance to win money if he pays $500, caller stated his friend on Messenger gave him the information, advised caller on how to proceed, Hermosa Beach Road NW.


Public assist, caller stuck in deep snow about a half-mile from shore in a side by side, neighbor with tracked side by side pulled him to shore, Miltona Bay Road NE.

Public assist, lift assist, not injured, Pinewood Lane NE.

Motorist assist, vehicle with engine issues, started and cleared out, County Road 82 NW.

Thursday, Jan. 6

Fraud, caller's Social Security card was used, caller had unemployment filed under her name, was flagged as fraud and not processed, Hidden Oaks Drive NW.

Suspicious activity, orange cord coming from house to ditch, County Road 5 NW.

Assist other agency, Lakeview Avenue.

Motorist assist, flat tire, working on moving car now and denied assistance, County Road 1 SW, Kensington.

Motorist assist, school bus stalled, they have a bus enroute, County Road 11 NE.

Assist other agency, Jefferson Street.

Suspicious person, caller noticed a male standing on the corner with luggage, not dressed for the weather and thought he should be checked on, Sixth Avenue E.

Fraud, caller reporting someone filed an unemployment claim in his name, Westwood Drive SW.

Tuesday, Jan. 4

Fire, gas spill, Voyager Drive.

Assist other agency, Sixth Avenue E.

Property damage crash, minor crash, Broadway Street.

Personal injury crash, minor crash, citation to person for failure to yield to oncoming traffic, 50th Avenue W.

Driving complaint, truck driving erratically, 50th Avenue W.

Public assist, male is stuck and is in a wheelchair, helped get wheelchair unstuck, Westwood Drive SW.

Motorist assist, vehicle blocking inside lane, provided lights for tow truck, 30th Avenue W.

Suspicious person, male party knocked on caller's door for about 20 minutes, caller answered the door and he asked for a phone charger, appeared to be drunk, last seen walking toward Broadway, Douglas Street.

Wednesday, Jan. 5

Assist other agency, State Highway 29 S.

Fraud, caller reporting someone filed for unemployment using her name, Wildflower Lane NE.

Property damage crash, minor crash, no injuries, 22nd Avenue E.

Public assist, State Highway 29 S.

Public assist, caller reports he found a cooler with some cash in it, Third Avenue W.

Public assist, 34th Avenue E.

Property damage crash, 10th Avenue E.

Public assist, County Road 42 NE.

10-50 hit and run, caller was in an accident and the driver of the other vehicle walked up and checked on her, then took off westbound in an SUV, caller thought it was some sort of government vehicle, Third Avenue W.

Public assist, caller states a male he gave a ride to the other night stole his grey wool neck warmer and a stocking hat, State Highway 29 S.

Property damage crash, 30th Avenue E.

Driving complaint, Sixth Avenue E.

Fraud, caller would like to report fraud, Fillmore Street.

Property damage crash, vehicle slid into snowbank and got stuck, second vehicle assisted in pulling it out, no action required, 34th Avenue E.

Thursday, Jan. 6

Suspicious activity, caller found foot track going around his work truck and up to his garage keypad, advised caller to get security cameras, Elm Street.

Property damage crash, vehicle pulled out of snowbank, North McKay Avenue.

Juvenile trouble, North McKay Avenue.

Motorist assist, male with language barrier needing assistance, caller states he went into snowbank, person pulled out of ditch by his coworker, Melody Lane SE.

Suspicious person, caller states a male party came up to her door and when confronted said he was looking for his home, North Oak Street.

Public assist, caller put flyers in mailboxes advertising snow removal, informed it was illegal to do so, will refrain from doing so moving forward, Rosewood Lane SE.

Property damage crash, two-vehicle crash, one party harassing the other, minor crash, Dakota Street.

Property damage crash, minor crash, no injuries, Fourth Avenue E.

Property damage crash, caller was involved in a hit and run, Third Avenue E.

Suspicious activity, caller states that his neighbors watch him through the windows, caller advised there is no violation by the parties looking out the window of their trailer, South Broadway Street.
