The Cardinal wrestlers saw their stock rise in the State Class AAA polls, moving from the No. 9 spot to No. 7 as a team.

Individually, Taylor Morical stayed in the rankings at 119 pounds, moving from No. 4 to No. 5, while at 125 pounds, Charlie Kirscht went from No. 4 to No. 6.

Tanner Weltzin retained his No. 8 ranking at 130 pounds, while at 140, John Amundson moved from No. 5 to No. 3.

Mike Kirscht jumped into the rankings at 145 pounds, earning the No. 7 spot, while Josh Betterman stayed in the No. 8 spot at 160 pounds.

Cardinal heavyweight Tom Bouressa also stayed put at the No. 4 spot.

Alexandria will host Central Lakes Conference opponent Rocori tomorrow night, Thursday, then will travel to the Buffalo Invitational on Saturday.
