John "Jack" A. Kraker Sr., 82, Melrose, died peacefully on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at Melrose Area Hospital in Melrose.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 17 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Melrose.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Melrose. Parish prayers will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
