A new concert series will take place in Fort Alexandria at the Runestone Museum.

Anderson Funeral Home is sponsoring the free outdoor concerts, which will take place every Thursday at 7 p.m.

Organizers of the event encourage the public to "bring a chair, enjoy the air and some great music."

Here's a look at the lineup:

  • July 30 - Gray Matter.
  • August 6 - Hot Dishes.
  • August 13 - Doc's Dixieland Band.

There will be an "after party" at The Depot after each concert; keep your ticket stub.
