The Alexandria Fire Department responded to a garage fire at a residence on Maple Drive SE in Alexandria early Sunday morning.
Shortly after 2 a.m. on July 12, the fire department, along with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office and North Ambulance, responded to the fire, which was located at the Leslie Nelson residence.
The garage and everything inside it was a total loss.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time and is under investigation.
