Dean’s list

Kendall Kohler of Alexandria was named to the spring 2019 semester dean’s list at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

To be eligible, students must have earned at least a 3.5 grade point average for the semester.

Ian Heseltine of Alexandria was named to the Augsburg University dean's list for spring semester 2019 at Augsburg University in St. Paul.

Augsburg University recognizes those full-time students who have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and those part-time students who have achieved a grade point average of 3.75 or higher in a given term.

Emily Cook of Alexandria was named to the winter/May term dean's list at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa.

The list honors students who earned a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or above in at least five course credits during the terms. Four of the five course credits have to be graded with a traditional letter grade.

Abbie Biegner, Kyle Krippner, Henri Santelman and Alyssa Welle, all of Alexandria, were named to the spring semester 2019 dean's list at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter.

To qualify, students must have earned a 3.7 grade point average or higher for the semester.

Jenna Ayers of Alexandria and Shayla Marthaler of Osakis were named to the spring semester 2019 dean’s list at the University of Minnesota Crookston.

To qualify, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded credits while attaining a 3.66 grade point average.

Natalie Teclaw and Devlin Van Gaal, both from Alexandria, have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the spring semester 2019 dean's list at Iowa State University in Ames. Teclaw is majoring in psychology and Van Gaal in biochemistry.

Students named to the list must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.

Dean’s/president’s lists

Minnesota State Community and Technical College has recognized nearly 1,300 students for academic honors during the 2019 spring semester.

M State serves more than 8,000 students in credit courses each year in more than 80 career and liberal arts programs online and at its campuses in Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Moorhead and Wadena.

These students were named to the president's list for achieving a GPA of 4.0:

Evansville: Brandon Christianson.

These students were named to the dean's list for achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher:

Central Lakes College, Brainerd and Staples, has announced its 2019 spring semester honors list.

Julia Dammann, Eric Griesert and GraceGuyette, all of Osakis, were named to the president's list for achieving a GPA of 3.75-4.0 while enrolled for at least 12 credits.

Avery Wendt of Brandon and Sarah Kolstad of Osakis were named to the dean's list for achieving a GPA of 3.25-3.74.
