Friday, Dec. 10

Harper, Benjamin Scott, Alexandria; Felony third degree controlled substance crime — methamphetamine possession in excess of 10 grams, 10 years supervised probation, 165 days local confinement with 110 days credit for time served, $135 fees, conditions of the court; Felony fifth degree controlled substance crime — methamphetamine possession under .25 grams, conditions of the court, $135 fees, 128 days local confinement with 85 days credit for time served, five years supervised probation
