Motorist assist, vehicle was pulled over with side door open, child had unbuckled himself and mother had pulled over to buckle him back up, County Road 78 SE, Osakis.

Assist other agency, report of a female who was throwing things and tweaking, Highway 29 N.

Neighbor dispute, caller reported neighbor ran his lawn mower through the caller’s garden and broke, things, Kings Road SE.

Dog bite, caller reported neighbor’s dog bit him last night, East Lake Miltona Drive NE.

Assist other agency, property damage crash, two vehicles, County Road 82 SE.

Suspicious activity, caller reported hearing a vehicle at about 1 a.m. lighting up the tires in caller’s driveway and another driveway Golden Gate Avenue SE.

Animal complaint, report of dog in vehicle, windows are cracked, Highway 29 S.

Suspicious activity, caller reported kids in vehicle with windows closed, unsure if vehicle was running, Elm Street.

Parking complaint, caller reported vehicle parked near her driveway for several months without moving, 8th Avenue E.

Animal complaint, caller reported dog at location barks all day, Douglas Street.

Animal complaint, report of dog in vehicle and windows are not open, Highway 29 S.

Noise complaint, caller reported vehicle in parking lot with loud bass, Willow Drive.

Suspicious person, report of man sitting under the stoplight on the curb, has been there for about an hour, North McKay Avenue.
