Crash on I-94 near Alexandria injures two

A Fergus Falls man and his passenger were injured in a rollover crash near Alexandria early this morning.

Minnesota State Patrol officials said Charles F. Bangs, 52, Fergus Falls, was heading east on I-94 west of County Road 40 in a Buick Lucerne at 6:53 a.m. when the car went off the road, which was icy at the time. The Buick overturned and came to rest on its roof.

Bangs and his passenger, Brandon Richgruber, 21, of Blaine both were injured in the crash.

Their injuries are not considered life-threatening.
