The Alexandria Technical College will offer a summer session of child passenger training on Wednesday, July 15 at the college.

Minnesota law requires all foster care and child care providers who transport children younger than age 9 to complete three hours of training on child passenger restraint systems. This course meets those requirements and has been approved by the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety.

Each participant of this course will receive a packet of pre-class material so advance registration should be done by contacting the college's Customized Training Department at (320) 762-4510 or 1-888-234-1313. Online registration can be done at www.alextech.edu/customizedtraining .
