Passersby may be wondering about the new structure being erected near the Holiday Inn in Alexandria.
It's going to be a single-bay car wash with an area of 4,315 square feet, said Alexandria building official Lynn Timm.
The permit to build the facility was issued June 29 to Zoey Properties LLC out of Alexandria.
