ALEXANDRIA – The Alexandria Fire Department was called to Cenex on Broadway around 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 13.

According to Jeff Karrow, Alexandria fire chief, a moving company was working on the building cutting it into pieces when a spark ignited a small fire on the roof.

There wasn't that much damage, Karrow said, noting that the building is being taken down in chunks and moved to another location.
