Ice is building up on roads in Douglas County Saturday night, Nov. 9 and may have caused a crash, according to information coming across the police scanner.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office received a report of a one-vehicle rollover, with injuries, at the intersection on Highway 29 and County Road 36 north of Miltona at about 5:30 p.m. A pickup was reportedly on its side. The Parkers Prairie Ambulance was dispatched to the scene and transported the driver to Alomere Health.
Miltona First Responders and a tow truck service also responded.
A mixture of snow, rain and sleet has been falling in the area intermittently since late morning. Temperatures are expected to drop to 20 degrees in the early morning hours.
