NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on July 20, 2009 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Zoning District Amendment application of Bernice Hill. The applicant is requesting to change zoning from R-1 "Single Family Residential" to R-2 "Single & Two Family Residential". The property is located at 821 Oak Street, 819 Oak Street, 903 Oak Street, and 901 Oak Street and is legally described as: Lot 8 Blk 43, Lot 9 Blk 43, N 50 Ft of Block 54, and S 112.20' of Blk 54, "Holes Garden Park Addn", Section 20, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.
