NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of LaGrand, Douglas County, Minnesota, have adopted Ordinance 8, An Ordinance Prohibiting Right-Of-Way Encroachments, effective February 17, 2009.
ADVERTISEMENT
Said Ordinance has been adopted for the purpose of promoting the public health, safety and general welfare of the residents of the Township of LaGrand, Douglas County, Minnesota, and prohibits construction in, on, under or within a Town right-of-way unless prior written approval is obtained from the Town Board.
The Ordinance limits permission for encroachments to driveways, parking pads, culverts and public utilities.
