THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the Plaintiff(s) attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Douglas County District Court Administrator within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, Judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects or brings in question real property situated in the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
Lots 24 and 25, SUNRISE VIEW BEACH, according to the recorded plat thereof and the Certificate of Correction thereto recorded as Document No. 163216 in the office of the Douglas County Recorder.
AND
ADVERTISEMENT
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 29, Township 129 North, Range 37 West, Douglas County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the westerly most corner of Lot 25, SUNRISE VIEW BEACH, according to the recorded plat thereof and the Certificate of Correction thereto recorded as Document No. 163216 in the office of the Douglas County Recorder;
Thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 48 minutes 02 seconds West along the North Line of said SUNRISE VIEW BEACH 111.10 feet to the outside boundary line of STARDUST ACRES, according to the recorded plat thereof;
Thence North 01 degrees 07 minutes 38 seconds West along said outside boundary line 62.98 feet;
Thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 13 seconds East along said outside boundary line 543 feet more or less to the shoreline of Lake Carlos;
Thence southwesterly along said shoreline to the intersection of the North line of said Lot 25;
Thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 02 seconds West along said North line of Lot 25 a distance of 392 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
The object of this action is to determine the adverse claims of said Defendants and each of them, in or to the hereinbefore described real estate, and to obtain judgment that the Plaintiff is the absolute owner in possession of said real estate, and that none of said Defendants have any right, title, estate, lien, or interest whatsoever in or to said real estate, or any part thereof.
