Patrick, husband and wife; Inga Schultz and Fred Schultz, wife and husband; unknown heirs of Loren Kluver; Wessel Kluver and Ella Kluver, husband and wife; unknown heirs of Harlan Kluver; Edna L. THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:

You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon the plaintiff's attorneys an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the date of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

This action involves, affects, or brings in question real property situated in the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:

That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1/4SW1/4) of Section 30, Township 128 North, Range 37 West, City of Alexandria, Douglas County, Minnesota, described as follows:

Commencing at the west quarter corner of said Section 30;

thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 15 seconds East, assumed bearing along the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1/4SW1/4), 571.32 feet to the west line of the East 30.00 acres of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2SW1/4) of said Section 30;

thence South 00 degrees 54 minutes 53 seconds West, along said west line, 7.89 feet to the south right-of-way line of 22nd Avenue, said point being the point of beginning of the land to be described;

thence continuing South 00 degrees 54 minutes 53 seconds West, along said west line, 437.35 feet;

thence North 89 degrees 17 minutes 03 seconds West 469.98 feet to a point on a 1834.86 foot radius curve, which center of circle bears South 77 degrees 46 minutes 04 seconds East from said point, said curve also being the easterly most right-of-way line of Aga Drive;

thence northerly, along said curve and along said easterly right-of-way line, central angle 06 degrees 23 minutes 58 seconds, 204.94 feet;

thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes 39 seconds East 274.99 feet;

thence North 01 degrees 33 minutes 14 seconds East 235.48 feet to aforesaid south right-of-way line 22nd Avenue;

thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 13 seconds East, along said south right-of-way line, 141.06 feet to the point of beginning.

The object of this action is to obtain judgment declaring that the plaintiff is the owner of the land described above; and that the defendants, and each of them, have no interest or estate in said land, nor lien thereon.

Notice is further given that no personal claim is made by plaintiffs against any of the defendants.

PARTIES TO A CIVIL CASE ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEMPT ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA LAW. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION INCLUDES MEDIATION, ARBITRATION, AND OTHER PROCESSES AS SET FORTH IN THE MINNESOTA GENERAL RULES OF PRACTICE.
