Suspicious vehicle, caller reported a few vehicles pulled over without headlights on, County Road 41, Evansville.

Suspicious activity, homeowner had two deer carcasses that were fully skinned hanging from an old swing set, a strobe light was set up pointing toward the carcasses, L'Homme Dieu Heights NE.

Animal complaint, caller reported neighbor's dog had been out all day chained up with no shelter, checked on, dog was without shelter, food or water and ears were frozen, dog was impounded, 8th Street West, Carlos.
