Found property, caller reported finding a suitcase, Brandon.

Drug related activity, caller reported after recovering her stolen car, she found a meth pipe in the vent and does not want to touch it, Miltona.

Thursday, March 21

Property damage crash, Brophy Landing NW, County Road 82 NW.

K-9 assist, caller wanted her vehicle, which was recovered after being stolen, to be searched for drugs, she found a meth pipe earlier and wants to make sure there is nothing else, Miltona.

Animal complaint, caller reported neighbor leaves dogs outside all day and they constantly bark, Lakeside Drive SW.

Criminal damage to property, damage was reported to a building, possibly by snowplow, Carlos.

Driving complaint, vehicle all over the road, Interstate 94, mile marker 85.

Attempted scam, caller reported receiving a phone that her husband won money, caller’s husband died two and a half years ago, the caller was told to go to a business and give a check for $800 to a female there, the caller didn’t give out any information or go to the business.

Animal complaint, caller reported while on a walk, a dog charged at her until the owner of the dog yelled at it, Osakis.

Possible theft, caller reported her license plate either fell off or it was stolen, Carlos.

Driving complaint, caller reported vehicle on private property, tearing up the road, Carlos.

Suspicious activity, caller reported a young boy was in her yard with a shotgun for hunting, she felt he is likely not skilled.

Hit and run, vehicle backed into another vehicle, driver, who caller reported was drunk, took off.

Drug related activity, caller reported neighbor might be doing drugs, sees them lighting a pipe and passing it back and forth in the vehicle.

Shoplifting, juvenile male shoplifter, 3rd Avenue E.

Drug related activity, caller found crack pipe, 9th Avenue W.

Attempted fraud, caller was getting phone calls and social media messages from someone demanding money.

Noise complaint, anonymous complaint about music being too loud in apartment building, Aga Drive.

Fire, transformer on power pole blew, no flames visible, Park Street.

Littering complaint, caller wanted to talk to an officer regarding all the garbage in the ditch by the truckstop.

Suspicious person, caller reported six males with weapons were ganging up on a couple of individuals, Highway 29 N.

Suspicious activity, caller reported someone left note on his vehicle saying they didn’t appreciate how he parked, he wants to find out who it was and press charges, caller said he would cause issues until an officer responded, Highway 29 S.
