NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in conditions of the following described mortgage:

Together with a 36.00 foot Access easement over, under and across that part of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter and said Government Lot 3, which the Northeasterly line of said Easement is described as follows: Beginning at aforesaid Point "A"; thence North 58 degrees 20 minutes 45 seconds West 140.84 feet; thence North 40 degrees 50 minutes 23 seconds West 159.38 feet; thence North 55 degrees 44 minutes 56 seconds West 55.64 feet; thence North 67 degrees 24 minutes 42 seconds West 54.43 feet and said Northeasterly line there terminating.
