proving a gambling permit. Motion car-

To approve hiring Karen Simmons
as Library Director. Motion carried.
To accept a $1,200 donation from
the Alexandria Elk's Lodge #1685 to
the Honor Guard Program. Motion car-
ried.
To approve Sheriff Wolbersen's
request to send a dive team member
to training in Madison, SD. Motion car-
ried.
To authorize Sandy Tubbs and
Mike Woods to purchase two vehicles
off the state contract in the amount of
$17,430.41 per vehicle. Motion car-
ried.
To appoint Commissioners Ander-
son and Olson, Dave Robley and
Dave Rush to serve on a committee to
establish a process for securing
County vehicles. Motion carried.
To approve the Rural MN CEP
contract as presented by Mike Woods.
Motion carried.
To approve a contract with Grant
County to share (two days/week) a
Fiscal Supervisor position. Mr. Woods
will work with County Attorney Larson
to negotiate the details. Motion car-
ried.
To reappoint Marion Schoeberl to
the Public Health Advisory Committee.
Motion carried.
To approve the Supporting Hands
Nurse-Family Partnership Administra-
tive Agent agreement. Motion carried.
To approve the Public Health
year-end financial report as presented
by Sandy Tubbs. Motion carried.
To accept the recommendation of
the Law Library committee to move
the Law Library into Conference Room
"D". Motion carried.
To recommend an increase to
Lakes Area Recreation's rent effective
April 1st, 2011. Motion carried.
