NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Notice is hereby given to the quali-

fied voters of Holmes City Township,

County of Douglas, State of Minneso-

ta, that the Annual Election of Town

Officers and the Annual Town Meeting

will be held on Tuesday, March 8th,

2011. In case of inclement weather,

the meeting and election may be post-

poned until the third Tuesday in March

(March 15th).

The Election Poll hours will be

from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at which

time the voters will elect:

• One Supervisor for a term of 3

years.
The Board of Canvass will con-

vene at the closing of the polls. The

Annual Meeting will commence at 8:00

p.m. to conduct all necessary busi-

ness prescribed by law.

The Annual Election and Meeting

will be held at the following location:
