B-E student chosen as finalist for top agricultural education award

A Brandon-Evansville student was among 121 FFA members statewide recognized as being proficient in specific areas of agriculture.
Wesley Siira was named as a finalist for Top Proficiency Award in sheep production along with two other students.
The final winner was set to be chosen Monday, April 25 or Tuesday, April 26.
The Minnesota FFA Association is holding its state convention in the Twin Cities. The event is expected to draw more than 4,000 FFA student members as well as teachers, supporters and guests.
