Theatre L'Homme Dieu will hold its annual Run for the Roses Kentucky Derby Party from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 1, at the LURE Lakebar.

Tickets cost $20 per person and include automatic entry into the contests for best hat, best dressed and most creative attire, as well as the ability to buy raffle tickets based on the horse race, and one drink.

LURE Lakebar offers both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as plenty of TVs to watch the race. Its full menu will be available, and it will donate 10% of the receipts to Theatre L’Homme Dieu.

Limited tickets are available.

Stay Safe Minnesota guidelines apply, including masks unless seated and social distancing.

The theater says it plans a "very robust season," with a combination of indoor and outdoor events. Its season will last longer than normal, from June 19-Sept. 11.
