Josette Ciceron of Alexandria to sign copies of her book on Saturday

Alexandria author Josette Ciceron of Alexandria will be talking about and signing copies of her book, “Unapologetically Anxious Me: Confessions, Stories, & Musings of a Haitian American Girl” at 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11 at Cherry Street Books in downtown Alexandria.

Her book draws on her Haitian, Caribbean and American upbringing.

Ciceron is an associate editor at Definitive Woman magazine. She is also a local social justice activist, and she hosts a video series called "Voices Talk Show" and a podcast called "Unapologetically Anxious Me."
