Folk singer-songwriter duo Curtis & Loretta to perform tonight, March 3, in Evansville

EVANSVILLE — Folk singer-songwriter duo Curtis and Loretta will perform at the Evansville Arts Coalition’s first First Friday Concert of 2023 at 7 p.m. Friday, March 3 at the Evansville Art Center.

Curtis and Loretta are guided by their love of good songs and inspired by the stories of people they have met in their over 40 years of touring. Weaving together soaring harmonies with guitars, harp, mandocello, banjo, ukulele, kazoo, harmonica, and percussion, the duo perform traditionally-inspired originals with humor and heart.

Each year, the singers perform across the country and just released their 10th recording, "Lift the World."

Concert-goers may bring a treat to share at intermission. There is no charge for this concert; however, donations are accepted.

The Evansville Art Center is at 111 Main St. in Evansville. The concert begins at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
