Evansville Art Center hosts open mic night July 21

The center says it offers an excellent sound system and a full keyboard Yamaha piano, as well as a cozy "listening room" atmosphere.

EVANSVILLE — The Evansville Arts Coalition invites all musicians and music lovers to Open Mic at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 21 at the Evansville Art Center.

The center says it offers an excellent sound system and a full keyboard Yamaha piano, as well as a cozy "listening room" atmosphere and an appreciative audience of music lovers. New musicians are always welcome to join a faithful group of talented performers.

This is a free event that is partly funded through grants from the Lake Region Arts Council, but donations are also accepted. Attendees may bring a treat to share at intermission if they wish. Beverages are provided. The Evansville Art Center is located at 111 Main St. in Evansville.
