Eight acts were crowned place winners at Douglas County’s Got Talent State Fair competition on Saturday afternoon, Aug. 21.
The talent show was divided in three age ranges. The first and second place winners earned an opportunity to compete at the State Fair talent show next week.
Adeline Auran kicked off the first class talent with a solo musical performance followed by Ally SJ and Kyle Brittains dance rendition. Faith Serna won first place in the second class with Roxanne Sweetwater and Gavyn Schmidt in second and third. Serna won with an interpretive dance performance.

The third class podium was filled by three spontaneous contestants. After the registered acts were finished, the stage was open for any audience members to perform. Parker Zwach won first place with Abigail Nelson and Cindy Roos in second and third. All three sang solos.
Douglas County’s Got Talent State Fair competition took place at the Knute Nelson Heritage Stage.
