Ghosts and goblins were out in full force on Sunday, Oct. 31, when the Vikingland Community Support Program hosted a Halloween Parade in Alexandria.

The parade started at the Douglas County Fairgrounds and ended at the intersection of Ninth Avenue and Fillmore Street, and featured more than 20 floats from local businesses.
