Project Scope: Ballasted membrane roof repairs and flashing repairs at the 500 wing of the main campus building.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:30 am, July 1, 2021, at the existing site on campus. The Architect/Engineer and/or College/University Representatives will review the bidding procedures, Bidding Documents and other conditions with interested Bidders and answer questions.
Bidding Documents are as prepared by the Project Architect/Engineer of Record; Ringdahl Architects, Inc.
