Project Scope: Relocation of the existing 60'x200' prefabricated metal building from its current location to the proposed location on the same parcel of land. New foundation, site work, utility hookups, interior modifications to allow the building the be relocated.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2pm, June 21, 2021, at the existing site on campus. The Architect/Engineer and/or College/University Representatives will review the bidding procedures, Bidding Documents and other conditions with interested Bidders and answer questions.
Bidding Documents are as prepared by the Project Architect/Engineer of Record; Ringdahl Architects, Inc.
