CLASS 5 GRAVEL & HAULING
The Osakis Township Board of Supervisors will be receiving gravel quotes for 4,500 yards (more or less) of Class Five Gravel (MNDOT Specification 3138) at a price per yard basis for the 2020 season which will end September 14, 2020. For hauling quotes and delivery the Board will provide a map of locations where the gravel is to be applied. The Gravel contractor will be responsible for coordinating delivery with Township Grading Contractor, and must give a 48 hour notice to township prior to delivery.
• Quote 1- Quote must include gravel Class Five Gravel, loading, and a certified gravel test certificate per yard.
• Quote 2- Quote hauling and delivery of Class Five Gravel in windrows on township Roads by September 1st, 2020, along with a Certificate of Liability Insurance with $2,000,000.00 limit.
Please submit your quote to the clerk, via mail to Osakis Township 17374 S Ketelle DR NE Osakis, MN 56360 or email to OsakisTownship@hotmail.com by 6 PM April 13, 2020, where they will be opened at our monthly meeting.
