The special meeting of the Board of Education of Alexandria School District, Alexandria, Minnesota, was called to order by School Board Chairperson Angie Krebs at 6:31 a.m. in the District Office Oak Conference Room, Alexandria, Minnesota.
School Board Members Present: Dean Anderson, Dave Anderson, Pam Carlson, Angie Krebs, Sandy Susag, Alan Zeithamer, and (ex-officio) Superintendent Rick Sansted.
Absent: None
Administration Present: Trevor Peterson, Lynn Jenc, Michelle Bethke-Kaliher, Scott Heckert and Darcy Josephson
Others Present: Maggie Timm and Jill Johnson
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion by Susag, seconded by Carlson, to approve the agenda for the special meeting on April 14, 2021.

Motion by Dave Anderson, seconded by Susag, to appoint Jeff Patience to fill the vacancy and adopt the Resolution Filling School Board Vacancy by Appointment.
